Warranties and Disclaimers

Product Warranties

We provide the following warranties:

• 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects
• 24-month warranty on major components (subject to conditions)

Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:

Safety Requirements

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions regarding warranties, liability limitations, and intellectual property shall survive termination.

International Trade

Export/Import Terms

• Incoterms 2020 apply to international shipments
• Customer responsible for import duties and taxes
• Export licenses obtained as required
• Currency exchange risk allocation as per contract

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Guangzhou, China, or as otherwise agreed in writing.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of God
• Government actions, regulations, or sanctions
• Labor disputes or supply chain disruptions
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Technical failures or cyber attacks
